For the sixth time since 2005 Munich Airport won the title as "Best Airport in Europe". In the "World Airport Awards" over 240 international airports were assessed by the passengers. This was to assess its service quality, friendliness of airport staff, the purchase offer or interchanges.

What is Munichs best beer?
Since 1970 the Viktualienmarkt beer garden is located at Munich's central food market. The beer garden has about 600 seats in the self-serviced area and 200 seats in the serviced area, all well shaded by large chestnut trees. A unique feature of this beer garden is an alternating selection of Munich beer types. Every six weeks a different beer from one of Munich's famous breweries is served from the tap. The six breweries supplying beer are Augustiner, Hacker-Pschorr, Löwenbräu, Hofbräu, Paulaner and Spaten
